This is one of the most beneficial sets of ancient Chinese healing exercises which are over 800 years old. Practice the Eight Sitting, Eight Standing, and Breathing Exercises to activate the Qi (Chi, Ki, Prana), the vital energy within you; massaging and strengthening your body, internal organs, and immune system. Bring a pillow to sit on the first 2 classes. There is still room in this class, so register soon and bring a friend, or someone you know who needs to improve their health.
Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) is a slow-motion sequence practiced by Chinese martial artists since the twelfth century, and is now a very popular exercise in the world today. This ancient art is a moving meditation and focuses on the circulation of your Chi (Qi, Ki, Prana), a universal energy force which nourishes and sustains life. Tai Chi may help promote relaxation, better health, longevity, improve flexibility, balance, digestion, concentration, boost the immune function, support the body systems, may help regulate blood pressure, increase bone density and energy, etc..
REIKI LEVEL I CLASS
2 Wednesdays, November 5 & 12
6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

or register ahead with me and pay before class starts, see important information about payment and directions to the office above.
Reiki is a gentle non-invasive technique, using Ki (Qi, Chi, Prana) - a life force energy known to science as bio-electricity, to induce deep relaxation, and support the body’s natural ability for self-healing and helping others. Reiki is used in certain hospitals and hospice facilities, it is easy to learn and is beneficial for anyone, even pets. This class covers the energy field, vibrations, grounding, clearing, sensitivity exercises, and hand positions. Please bring a blanket and pillow on the 2nd night for practice. Minimum of 6 students to run the class, so ask a relative, friend, or co-worker, to sign-up with you, to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Open to any Reiki Level I practitioner. Learn to combine Ki with symbolism and other modalities to increase the power of healing techniques. Practice distant healing, scanning, and beaming; receive information on the chakras, auras, and the healing power of sound and prayer. Minimum of 6 students to run the class.

AROMATHERAPY FOR PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING CLASS

Apply therapeutic-grade essential oils with breathing techniques to help strengthen your Chi (Qi, Ki, Prana) and immune system during the cold and flu season, combined with meditations and music for relaxation and healing, to help promote physical, mental, emotional, bio-electrical, and spiritual balance. Minimum of 6 students to run the class, so bring someone you care about who needs health support especially during the winter months.
